Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Maverick Command Center (the “App”), an operating platform for Maverick Life Insurance agents and administrators. By signing in or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
The App is provided for Maverick Life Insurance business purposes only. You may use it to manage your pending requirements, production, goals, carrier resources, and related team information in accordance with your role and these terms.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account or allow others to use it under your credentials.
- You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws, insurance regulations, and Maverick policies.
- Administrators are responsible for accurately assigning roles and activating accounts.
Information accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including client details, policy information, carrier data, deadlines, and statuses. The App calculates values such as Submitted IP based on the data you provide; inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.
SMS messaging terms
Opting in to SMS alerts is voluntary and not required to use the App. Message frequency varies depending on your pending requirements and reminder schedule.
Carrier charges may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply to any text messages you receive.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text alerts. Reply HELP for support or contact your Maverick administrator.
Termination and changes
Maverick Life Insurance may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms, security concerns, or business needs. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Maverick Life Insurance is not liable for decisions made based on data entered by users or for interruptions in service beyond our reasonable control.
